Happy Go Return Policy

At Happy Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new hat! If for any reason you're not, we're happy to offer returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@happygobrand.com. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send your hat back to us.

Please ensure the hat is unworn, and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow a few business days for your refund to be processed.
